Highschool Day Celebration

  High school is supposedly the most enjoyable stage of education. There are many things we can do that are similar to a high school day. High school students participate in a celebration known as "highschool day" when they spend the day participating in and watching activities they really enjoy. The best part of being a high school student is being able to enjoy the day without worrying about upcoming tests, homework, or anything else. This is the period when all you can think about is having fun.



  I didn't get to experience high school day because the school limited the number of participants and we haven't had it in almost three years due to the pandemic. I was excited when I was in seventh grade because I would get to experience it, but then came Covid-19. We practiced our performance, but I had no idea it would be canceled. And I was very disappointed because I had been so prepared and enthusiastic. I saw the high school day video and all I can say is that it's so much fun. and I hope to get the opportunity to experience it during my final year of high school.

  High school days are exciting and full of surprises, which we wish to experience since we haven't had the opportunity to do so. I want to go to make my high school experience unforgettable.

  In my first day of school I was feel nervous and at the same time happy because finally after two years that we are in our house doing modules and household chores here we again slowly going back to the normal.  Ecstatic feeling when I entered again in a classroom, wearing complete uniforms, encounter new classmates and friends, we already meet our subject teachers and our adviser. We introduced ourselves before we start the class. I belong to the Special Science class and it is very challenging to me. So many tasks, non-stop quizzes, and a lot more. Kannawidan Festival of Ilocos Sur

In the Province of Ilocos Sur, the Kannawidan celebration commemorates the division of the two provinces in 1818. Ilocos Sur uses it as a means of showcasing its cultures, traditions, and religious practices. It is the Ilocanos method of giving thanks to God for all of his blessings as well as for the rich heritage of the region, which includes their strong familial bonds. This event will feature a variety of thrilling activities and performances. The celebration gives Ilocano kids more focus. Its because the provinces younger generations do not understand Ilocano culture. But current dances are covered more in depth. It is customary for a mass to be celebrated at the St. Paul Metropolitan Cathedral during the festivals official opening. The patron saints of the 40 parishes and statues of Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary are then carried in procession around Vigan City.   Semana Santa or Holy week is the yearly commemoration of Christ's Passion, an event referring to the week of Jesus' crucifixion (execution) and resurrection (rebirth) in the Bible. Palm Sunday heralds the start of Holy Week. Filipino families would typically attend church dressed in their Sunday finest and bearing palm leaves for blessing. Normally, palm leaves are offered outside the church; merchants will follow you down and sell you one before you enter the church.
